These moments from Tarni and Lindsay’s wedding day in the Scenic Rim captures the essence of a day bursting with colour (the hottest pink we’ve ever seen!), romance, and family support. These teenage sweethearts, brought together by fate, finally celebrated their special moment, and it was everything they dreamed of.
The couple prepared for their big day at the breathtaking Maroon Hill Estate – a private property and wedding venue in it’s own right. This luxe barnhouse with it’s high ceilings and huge windows was flooded with natural light – a photographer’s dream backdrop for morning preparation photos and bridal portraits 🤌
Kooroomba Vineyard and Lavender Farm showcased a stunning display with fresh lavender blooming, glorious weather, and vibrant, colourful flowers and decor, creating an indulgent setting for their wedding celebrations. How was your Wedding Day experience?
Amazing, very special. A little overwhelming and surreal but magical
Your favourite moment of the day was and what you were thinking at that time?
My favourite part of the day was sitting in the chapel having some canapés with Lindsay just after we got married on our own. It felt just like all the other times its just the two of us expect we had just gotten married.
What are your favourite wedding details?
I absolutely loved my dress and the way the venue looked with all the flowers, candles and colours
Considering your future together, what are you looking forward to the most?
I am looking forward to making the ordinary days feel extraordinary together, side by side

The Wedding Vows
Lindsays vows: Tarni, you’ve been by my side since we met. As my girlfriend, my fiancé and now my wife. Our once in a lifetime love has been cemented, and I will choose you, and continue to choose us every moment until forever. Meeting each other as teenagers, we had the privilege to grow up together, creating an irreplaceable bond in who we are today. You have been my loudest supporter, my cheerleader, and I vow to support you and love you as you have continued to love and support me. Your contributions, I will never take for granted. You are fiercely loyal, with so much to give to the people you care about. Coming home to your lady like, feminine energy is always a delight. You make me happy with your little sweet/love notes I find in the morning or when I’m home late. Your kindness and empathy is a thing of beauty, your silliness and playfulness all the humour I need, and your intelligence something I admire. So today, as I become your husband, I promise. To grow alongside you, but also to never grow up. To tuck you in when your cold, and to never steal your covers, unless you are hogging them. I promise to evenly distribute my cuddle time between you and the cats. I promise to join your laughter with my own and when you can’t look on the bright side, I will sit with you in the dark. I promise to honour your passion for starting a creative project, and to be understanding when inevitably, it gets swept to the side only days later. Finally, I vow to be the man that you inspire me to be and the man you deserve. I’m excited to carry on this journey with you. I truly love you. So I call upon the persons here present, to witness that I Lindsay Scott Jamieson, take you Tarni Jade Woodforth to be my wife.
Tarni’s vows: Lindsay, As we stand here today, surrounded by our loved ones, I almost cant believe the journey we’ve shared together and the incredible handsome man you are standing before me. It all began 5234 days ago at the Lakeside race track, where you, just an 18-year-old boy with your long straightened hair, captured my 17 year old heart. And now, 14 years later I am still as infatuated with you as I was then. I still miss you when you’re gone, I still get excited waiting for you to come home and sitting on the bed with you talking about anything and everything is still my most favourite place. They say you never forget your first love, and you my love, are my first kiss, my first love, my first everything. It isn’t easy being together so young, we’ve grown and changed so much. But I have loved growing up with you and I am grateful we now get to grow old together, although I won’t be aging gracefully. Your kindness, your strength, and amazing handiness never fails to impress me. You are the sweetest man and you can always make me laugh even on the darkest days. You are my best friend and my soul mate. You’ve made me laugh, you’ve made me cry, and yes, you’ve even made me a little bit crazy at times. You’ve seen me at my best and at my worst but through it all, you have loved me, supported me and inspired me to be the best version of myself. So today, as I become your wife, my last name will change, but nothing else between us will. I’ll still frustrate you by leaving my stuff all over the house, I’ll still spill nail polish on the lounge, and I’ll still let the laundry pile up. But I promise I will also still love you fiercely and passionately with my whole heart. I will still make our home a place filled with unconditional love, warmth and laugher. I will still support you in all that you do and always be your biggest cheerleader and I will always be your safe space when you need it. Because today might be one of our best days but its only one in this incredible journey we’ve shared so far and out of the countless adventures that lie ahead. I love you today, tomorrow and forever, with my whole heart. So I Tarni Jade Woodforth take you, Lindsay Scott Jamieson to be my husband.
