This loved up couple were absolutely glowing during this entire experience – we think it’s quite evident in these expressions just how much love they have for each other! Laura told us a little about their love story:
“In 2012 I moved from teaching 27 children in London – population 7 million, to Brunette Downs, a 12, 000 sq km station – population 60. My job would be to teach 3 children through school of the air. My friends thought I was crazy. 6 hours from the nearest town! You’ll never last out there! It was suppose to be a six month stop over before going back to teach in New Zealand. 3 and a half years later, a few station hops and some long distance love thrown in, Jimmy and I were back on Brunette. He was the pilot on the station and I was back finishing the job I had started in 2012. In all honesty…He was suppose to be a one night stand at the Camooweal camp draft Fast forward 3 years and on Brunette Races weekend Jimmy took me for a flight at sunset over one of the lakes at Brunette Downs and asked me to marry him. We both remember a moment at the Camooweal campdraft when our eyes met and sparks flew, from that moment we knew an epic adventure was about to begin. 5 years later we are finally walking down the aisle. We postponed our wedding by a year so that we could achieve another goal we had had from the beginning which was travel to America. Jimmy is my one, and I cannot wait for us to get married!!”
Laura and James loved every single photo – so they end up choosing them all! We’re so excited for you guys to have them all and cannot wait for the Wedding to do this again!
