Having captured their engagement, their epic and emotional Wedding, their maternity shoot in a field of sunflowers, we were so excited to capture the Farrington family’s Brisbane Newborn Photography Outdoors!
Yvette was hoping for some wildflowers, but we had no luck. We created our own using artificial flowers (not that you can tell!) on an ordinary patch of grass on the side of the road. The results… well judge for yourself! We are in love.
Speaking of love, meeting little Peyton was such a pleasure and she gave us a full minute of being asleep before she decided it was all too exciting to miss out on! Which meant plenty of adorable expressions and gorgeous interaction with her besotted Mum and Dad.
We love the extra challenge of photographing newborns outdoors because the results are so different to the more posed indoor style. That golden glow of sunset is hard to beat and this location at Yatala was just so stunning with the long golden grass. When we came back just two days later, this golden field had been mowed, affirming that just like catching the very last sunflowers, Yvette and Dan are incredibly lucky!
