Your Wedding day flies by so quickly, so having every speech, vow and tear artfully captured is something you will never regret. There’s few moments so beautiful as the first time your Dad see you in your dress, Grandma wipes a tear away at your ceremony, or your husband turns around to see you coming down that aisle. We want to bottle such intensely meaningful moments and give them to you in the most tear-inducing, beautiful form that you’ll want to re-watch more often than every anniversary.

If one of our photographers or film makers comes down with the flu, you won’t be left scrambling. We always have a reserve photographer and filmmaker from our tight-knit team, ensuring you are well covered!
We don’t use AI here to cull or edit. Each memory is carefully selected and enhanced by hand because we think your memories are too precious to potentially miss an amazing moment.

Authenticity: No stiff posing or fake smiles here. We’ll be having you move, dance, dip, laugh, spin until no fake smile or awkwardness can survive. Our couples love the experience – as everyone is usually nervous before their first shoot!
Emotive storytelling: Our photographs are captured with the end album in mind. We want to tell a compelling story that reflects your personality and all the relationships that make your Wedding day so precious. Many couples don’t even know their grandma had tears streaming down her face in the ceremony – until we show them the photo of it!
Natural lighting and vibrant colors: We utilize both natural light and sources of artifical light (think fairy lights and laterns!) to achieve a unique, soft romantic aesthetic that is both flattering and visually impactful!

We are situated between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. However, we find ourselves photographing Weddings at Maleny, Sunshine Coast and Tamborine Mountain most weekends!
We also love opportunities to photograph world-wide. To date, our destination Weddings include Canada, Fiji, Japan, Thailand, and Bali, along with travelling over 30 countries personally. So, whether your Wedding is in SE Queensland or in Africa, we’re happy to make it happen!
Sunlit Studios was established in 2010. All of our Photographers and Videographers have been photographing and filming for over ten years! You are in very, very experienced hands.
We know how stressful Covid-19 has made Wedding planning for most couples. Our team is fully vaccinated. If you need to postpone your Wedding due to Covid, your booking is 100% transferable with no fees. If you pick a new date, and we are already booked out, we will provide a 100% refund. If you cancel your plans completely, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Building that relationship of trust and confidence with your photographer is so key to making sure your Wedding day experience is flawless. We make sure you have met your photographer before your big day, usually at your engagement shoot or Wedding Consultation.
We always have a reserve photographer available for Wedding bookings. To date, we have never been short a team-member due to illness. When you book Sunlit Studios, we will ALWAYS turn up!
Most couples decide to book in at an obligation-free Wedding Consultation. A $1,000 deposit is paid to secure your date and formalise your booking.
