Cameron photographed my partner and I to celebrate our engagement and the results were absolutely stunning. They already had a list of suggested locations so I didn't have to stress about finding a good spot and despite the bad weather (raining and windy), he managed to capture some great moments. 10/10 would recommend.
After researching many photographers sunlit studio were outstanding with great communication and understanding what was expected with there service, as well as the advice on the social media pages. With having 2 young boys we just wanted to capture there natural personalities in our family photos which Cameron did , this made viewing emotional to watch and hard to select photos as there were so many beautiful photos. We have booked Sunlit Studios for our wedding photos after having our free trial engagement shoot done with them. That shoot was a great chance to get to know Cameron, who will be the photographer for our wedding and also to get comfortable in front of the camera before our wedding. Cameron was friendly and put us at ease, with great directions on how to pose so our photos look natural. We were drawn to Sunlit Studio's photo style, because their use of natural lighting in their online portfolio of work really enhances the images they take. We ended up purchasing a wall gallery after seeing our engagement photos and are looking forward to its arrival in the next few weeks 😀

Alana did an amazing job with our family photos. Even when our youngest wasn't cooperating, she worked with him to get the perfect pictures. She was fantastic with the kids. The only trouble was narrowing down all the amazing photos. Picking just a few was so difficult but Cameron was amazing talking me through and being so patient.

A little over four years ago my wife and I had our destination wedding. Alana and Cameron travelled to Thailand to capture our unforgettable day and were amazing. They worked fantastically with all members of our family and friends and overall took photos we love to this day. They say never work with children or animals. On top of a windy day, one skipped nap turned our baby upside down and we thought all was lost with a very exhausted and tired baby. We thought we would have to do the photoshoot all over again. But my faith in Sunlit Studios held up, and yet again they delivered the most beautiful photos. Cameron was brilliant and extremely helpful during the photo shoot. The team's attention to detail and editing skills are exceptional. Sunlit studios were amazing from first consultation to handover day of our finished photos/ prints. Cameron and the team were amazing and made sure they captured every important moment during and after our ceremony. We wanted to make sure our photographer was top quality as the day goes so quickly and all that’s left is the photos, and we seriously couldn’t have chosen better. They had scoped out the area before the wedding and knew every spot to get the perfect photo using the sunlight to perfection. They were enjoyable and fun to have around which is super important as the photo taking process after the ceremony can be quite tiring and boring. The finished photos are stunning and worth every penny and the video is extremely well put together and edited. When my fiance and I won a free engagement shoot with Cameron and the Sunlit Studios team we had no idea what to expect and to be honest, I had my heart set on another photographer. But we figured we had nothing to lose.
Cameron was amazing to work with - professional, caring and understanding of our nervousness about being in front of the camera. He made it so easy and fun! At the start of the shoot I felt kinda ridiculous but those feelings just kinda went away and we ended up having fun with it.
The next pressure point was then having to see the photos, we were nervous, we don't overly love photos of ourselves but WOW - we were blown away, I even shed a little tear viewing them. Any thoughts about any other photographers went away and I knew these guys simply HAD to be the ones capturing our big day. Our favourite photos actually turned out the be the ones we felt the silliest doing and we now have them plastered in beautiful canvases across our walls.
We had our engagement shoot in May of last year after seeing Cameron at the Sunshine Coast Showcase and loving all the photos and style. A couple of weeks before our shoot my partner injured his back. Due to this, he was very limited with what he physically could do. Cameron made sure he could work around his capabilties and captured breaktaking photos that my friends, family and we are in awe of.
We can't stop raving and showing people our engagement photos.
I really also appreciated him spending the time trying to find the perfect location, giving ideas on outfits to wear and trying for the first time with us coloured smoke.

We decided to go with Sunlit Studios for our anniversary photos. Kyle was a little reticent (he really doesn't like photos) but Alana was fantastic. Sunlit studios are hands down the best photography service we have ever experienced! The team are friendly, professional and simply a pleasure to interact with. They provide a wonderful service and offer truly beautiful products. We are so very happy with the entire experience and cannot wait to book again. I am truly blown away by the amazing talent of our lovely photographer Alana. Her wonderful gentle personality made our shoot feel so natural.
We have had our fair share of not so great experiences with other services and I can confidently say that our search is over and sunlit studios are our "go to" people!
Without going into the details of our experience, I can say that nothing was a problem- if there were obstacles such as bad weather or baby having a meltdown; sunlit studios always had a great back up plan and strived for perfection.
Our post shoot experience was also wonderful and Cameron paid careful attention to our own specific needs and designed our products exactly how we wanted them to be! And no we weren't bribed by the delicious chocolate brownies on offer... although it came close 😉
Our artwork is stunning and we receive so many compliments on it every time anyone sees it! I love that sunlit studios offer modern, stylish and contemporary photography products instead of just traditional prints.

My wedding was in sep 2016 & after spending many weeks searching for the perfect photographer I know I had made the right choice. Sunlit studios photographs stood out well above the rest. They had a certain elegance & glow that I could not see in anyone else's work. The whole experience from start to finish & everything in between was perfect. The engagement shoot with Elizabeth was fantastic & a great way to get used to the camera. Plus the outcome of these photos were brilliant. The getting ready photos are indescribably stunning (well all of the photos are to be honest). Cameron & Elizabeth were very professional & knew exactly what needed to be done to get the best results. After the honeymoon & the photos were ready the service was still great. Sunlit put together our photo album & made sure that we were happy with every single detail from the font all the way to layout. We even had the opportunity to alter any photos ( not that anyone would need to). All of these beautiful photos will be treasured for many years to come. The canvas's will hang proudly on our walls, the album will be a great focal point when guests are around or when we want to remember the details of our special day. Yesterday we had our engagement/family photos taken. We wanted our two kids (2yr and 6m) and my partners car in our shoot. So after a whirlwind of a day, we arrived late. I was feeling very flustered and still has to change the kids. Alana didn't even bat an eyelid at our tardiness and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable and everything was just so easy. My partner and I are both usually very awkward in front of the camera but Alana helped us have fun with it. It was such an amazing experience and We can't wait to view the photos. Brilliant. We had some family photos done - it was very chaotic for the photographer, we got lost and we were late, and the sun was setting fast. We ended up with 80 of the most beautiful family photographs - I don't quite know how she got so many in such a short period of time. So pleasant and honest to deal with and the photos take pride of place on a wall in our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Cameron & Ben recently shot our wedding day. My wife and I decided on sunlit after doing a trial engagement shoot with Cam and falling in love with his work. He uses the natural light to its absolute potential and makes you feel comfortable while doing it, which is a big thing for me. Fast forward to our wedding day and the gents made it effortless. They were so easy going, they blended nicely with the rest of the guests and everyone that interacted with them sang their praises. Cam controlled the crowd with ease for the bigger photos while Ben had a sense of humour that calmed the more nervous among the guests. I could ramble for hours about their good qualities.
They offer an array of packages to suit your needs and although it seems expensive at first glance, the product they deliver is second to none. Quite frankly i wouldn’t look anywhere else for any future photography needs.
Fantastic! By far the most professional and kindest photographer's around. They turn your photos into the most magical creations. They make you feel comfortable and at ease and it's like they aren't even there. They give you direction when you need it but aim to photograph you in a natural looking state. All of my photos were amazing and they all looked natural and not forced. The whole experience was very enjoyable. All our photos were amazing during our engagement photo shoot and that's why we have also booked them for our wedding. For every photo opportunity we will now be calling Sunlit Studios to document the occasion because I know they will do a great job. If I could give them a million star rating I would. We have recently had our engagement photos done by Cameron from Sunlit Studios and after seeing the images we decided to lock in Sunlit for our wedding too! The photos are absolutely stunning, with Cameron giving us tips on how to pose so that the images show our personalities and don't look forced. It was great getting to know Cameron before our wedding so that there isn't as much pressure on the big day. The photo viewing session was beyond our expectations. In the Sunlit studio we got to watch a presentation of the best photos from our session, and Cameron patiently went through all of our options for galleries etc. Very up front about pricing, great inclusions in their packages, and great to have the option to add video as well. We did an engagement shoot with Alana in 2011 and she photographed our wedding soon after – we were so happy with the results from both. My husband and I were nervous about the initial shoot and did not consider ourselves photogenic, but felt very comfortable with Alana and were delighted with the final product.

Highly Recommend! My fiancee and I recently got engagement photos taken by Cameron at Sunlit Studios. Cameron gave us a variety of locations to choose from and made us feel comfortable with the whole experience. Photos turned out awesome with vibrant colours. Cinema room viewing is really cool way to see the photos too.
I can't recommend Sunlit Studios highly enough - Alana and her team produce the most incredible photographs! The beautiful mum and son photos that Sunlit Studios took for me last year really captured the natural look that i had wanted. It had been 6 yrs since i had done any professional pictures and wanted to update them with some new ones. I didnt want posed awkward photos and wanted to capture the cheeky smile of my 7 yr old as well. They made my son so comfortable and took the time to work with me about the style and type of pictures i was after. There was so many amazing photos that it was hard to choose. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for beautiful natural family photos to last a life time.
Sunlit Studios are absolutly amazing. My fiance and i had our engagement photos with them and in a year our wedding photos. Everyone was absolutly blown away by the engagement photos, we cant wait to see what our wedding photos will turn out like!! The team are professional and extreemly caring and friendly and make you feel like you are in safe hands.

Picked up our family canvases tonight and I'm blown away with how they look. The ability to capture our family so naturally and the essence of our love was unbelievable. We had an amazing afternoon spent our session amongst sugar cane fields and farms. Very professional and friendly. Fantastic! By far the most professional and kindest photographer's around. They turn your photos into the most magical creations. They make you feel comfortable and at ease and it's like they aren't even there. They give you direction when you need it but aim to photograph you in a natural looking state. All of my photos were amazing and they all looked natural and not forced. The whole experience was very enjoyable. All our photos were amazing during our engagement photo shoot and that's why we have also booked them for our wedding. For every photo opportunity we will now be calling Sunlit Studios to document the occasion because I know they will do a great job. If I could give them a million star rating I would. I can't rate them highly enough.
