Carolyn and Karl – Maleny, Sunshine Coast Hinterland
This was another gorgeous day in Maleny as the Sunlit team had the pleasure of capturing Carolyn and Karl’s Little White Wedding Church Photography.
We started the day with Carolyn, her sister and mother as they got ready at the House of Laurels. It is one of the original function venues located on the iconic Sunshine Coast hinterland. We loved Carolyn’s choice of classic bridal gown with complimenting bouquet of rich red, pink and white floral arrangement. Doesn’t she look beautiful!
The Ceremony at the Little White Wedding Church couldn’t have been more perfect. With a well thought out ceremony including readings from several guests. The day was a little overcast (and may have even rained a little!), so having a chapel with lots of natural light really helped us out. The Little White Wedding Church a photographer’s dream!
We headed to the famous One Tree Hill in Maleny to take photographs of the newly wed couple, and despite the cloudy weather, they turned out pretty amazing (if you ask us!). We headed back to our starting location for an indoor, sit-down reception at the French provincial themed Reception area at the House of Laurels. As much as we loved capturing the laughs and fun moments of the reception, we really loved the gazebo outside with the very happy couple sharing a quiet moment together.
