Laura and Joshua’s Kooroomba Vineyard Wedding
Scrolling through Josh and Laura’s Kooroomba Lavender Farm wedding photos and watching their heart-warming film, it’s pretty clear we had a blast on their wedding day!
Set at the romantic Kooroomba Lavender Farm in Queensland’s Scenic Rim, Laura and Josh bought all the joy and warmth to a rainy day. However, the rain did bring a touch of drama and romance!
When they embraced the rain and were even willing to dance in it, it just added more magic to an already spectacular day! From hilarious speeches to even egging us onto the dancefloor, Laura and Josh truly had a warm, loving vibe all day.
We must make a mention of Laura and Josh’s chic styling that just perfectly complimented Kooroomba’s aesthetic. From the boys in their forest green suits with complimentary floral ties to Laura looking utterly elegant in her gorgeous ‘Zoe by Etsy style’ gown from The Veil Collective! Her classic bouquet of cream roses and greenery by Demavi finishing of her elegant look to perfection. 👌
Thank you Laura and Josh for entrusting us with your memories!!

Q+A with Laura and Josh
Your favourite moment of the day was and what you were thinking at that time?
Josh – seeing the doors open and revealing Laura. It took my breath away.
Laura – being able to relax and enjoy the reception.
How did the two of you first meet?
At work in a country town.
When did you first tell each other that you loved them? Was it at the same time?
Josh said it first back in 2020. Laura said it a bit later that year.
When did you decide that you would be together forever? Did any particular moment/s solidify this?
Christmas Holidays 2020-2021 – We lived together for 5 weeks during this time before Laura had to move back to the small town. Laura leaving was such a sad moment. It really solidified the feelings.
What was the date of your proposal?
October 15, 2022
How did your proposal play out?
We had bought a house in April of that year. There was an area out the back that was very overgrown. Josh cleared it out then realised it was actually a really nice garden, just buried under weeds. He tidied it all up over a series of weeks before stringing up fairy lights when Laura was out. When she came home, he was dressed up and took her out to see the garden. There was a picnic blanket with food and champagne waiting, then he proposed at the end of the pathway.
Considering your future together, what are you looking forward to the most?
Our honeymoon – travelling together.
