Ashlea and Michael’s Gold Coast Hinterland Tamborine Gardens Wedding was a pleasantly awaited experience. With the range of Wedding Venue’s available on and around Tamborine Mountain, this venue was off our radars for a long time. Since our first Wedding there some three ago, we always look forward to photographing there. Not only because of the range of ceremony venues it offers, but the beautifully maintained courtyard, boasting a fountain at it’s centre.
We thought they had some advice for future brides and grooms out there that we couldn’t agree with more. And, well, who can’t say no to a compliment 🙂
A Brides Advice
“In the lead up to the big day you have so many thing to tick off a “To do list”. It can become an overwhelming task. Trying to please everyone and make sure every little detail is perfect… Because its all about the details right? Wrong.
What Michael and I learnt from the Wedding Day is that none of the little things we stressed about really mattered. No-one cares what colour the guest book is. I honestly didn’t notice the colours of the petals down the aisle or the font of the welcome sign. What we noticed were the giant smiles of loved ones. The look in each others eyes when I first started to walk down the aisle and the laughter over the funny things that are unplanned. These are the things that are important.
