Jacqui and Tom’s Sunshine Coast Hinterland Wedding
We had the privilege of being chosen as Jacqui and Tom’s Flaxton Gardens Wedding Photographer for their recent winter nuptials. The elegant Flaxton Gardens is an iconic venue based in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and is centrally located amongst the quaint towns of Maleny, Montville and Mapleton. This makes it perfect for providing plenty of options for not only services and accommodation for the wedding party and guests but most importantly for us… gorgeous country scenery and views for our photography!
Jacqui and Tom said they chose Flaxton Gardens especially for the view, the location, and the convenience of it being an all-in-one venue. We took great advantage of the grounds for photos and capturing all the beautiful details of their ceremony setup and stunning marquee reception under a rooftop of fairy lights. But of course their very favourite detail to remember was their adorable little dog Jasper and his matching outfit, fit for any important “groomsdog” to wear!!
Of course everyone involved looked their absolute best – particularly the gorgeous Bride Jacqui in her Stella York gown from White Lily Couture. Her Bridemaids in elegant, flowing emerald green dresses and all beautifully balanced with pops of pink and red in the bouquets. The boys very handsome in their suits and coordinated green bow ties.
It was a joyous celebration of the last 13 years together for these high school sweethearts – surrounded by their dearest family and friends, whom they say they are very close to.
