Patrick and Aira’s Brisbane Proposal Photography Shoot ~
Five days before Christmas, we received a call from a nervous Patrick who was desperately searching for a Brisbane Proposal Photographer for that very night! After the photographer he had booked canceled last minute on him, we understood the urgency to get to the city and rescue his romantic plans for a Brisbane Riverside proposal to his beloved Aira!
What can we say, it was simply beautiful! Under the Story Bridge at Captain Burke Park, on a warm Summer night. The backdrop was filled with city lights and fairy lights galore! Patrick had it all under control with his thoughtful setup as we waited for Aira to arrive. As she approached her love, the butterflies kicked in and we discretly captured the beautiful moment he declared his love… got down on bended knee and asked Aira to marry him! She said YES!!
We spent some time taking photographs of the newly engaged couple and also parents-to-be!! How special that they are also expecting their first baby – so much love to celebrate!
Being an engagement and wedding photographer certainly comes with a degree of honour, but we have to say, there is something so paticularly meaningful and extraordinary about being a Brisbane Proposal Photographer and documenting all the emotions that come with popping the quesiton! Might just be our new favourite kind of shoot 😉
