From the moment we arrived at the Langham Resort, where the day began, to the romantic sparkler exit at Braeside Estate, every moment was filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
Getting Ready at Langham Resort
The day started with stunning views of the Gold Coast at the Langham Resort. As Brooke and Chris prepared for their special day, it was heartwarming to see how they included their nieces and nephews in their preparation photographs. Family clearly held a special place in their hearts, and it was evident that the union of their two families was a momentous occasion.
The Langham Apartments provided a picturesque backdrop for the morning preparations, with their spacious interiors and large windows allowing ample natural light to flood in, creating the perfect setting for capturing precious moments.

As the evening progressed and the reception festivities began, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to capture the enchanting atmosphere of Braeside Estate at night. Sneaking away with Brooke and Chris, we ventured into the grounds to capture the mesmerizing beauty of the venue illuminated by fairy lights.
With the guests immersed in the celebrations, Brooke and Chris had a moment to share a private experience amidst the captivating ambiance of Braeside Estate at night. Q+A with the couple
How did the two of you first meet?
We first met through work, Chris’ current company that he is still working for. Chris is a Test Engineer in Precision Farming and Brooke works in HR. Our first date and interaction was after I had left and Chris was travelling for work, Chris sent me a message! Our first date was at an italian restaurant where we got asked to leave because we kept talking and the restaurant was closing.
How did your proposal play out?
Unfortunately it was cancelled 3-4 times due to covid, however in the end it was amazing. A surprise weekend away at Hamilton Island, the proposal was a private helicopter flight to White Haven Beach, Whitsundays – the island was all to ourselves, we had a picnic and went for a walk and Chris proposed around lunch time. Dinner was arranged for the evening, and beautiful long stems roses and candles were waiting for me back in the resort room once we came back from dinner!
What is your favourite couple activity?
Coastal beach walk in the morning with our puppy and either an evening out to dinner with wine and cocktails or making a wine and cheese platter at home with a movie. We also love going for drives and exploring new places.
What is unique about your partner’s personality that makes you love them?
Chris is the most positive, happy and easy going person you will ever meet – always smiling. Chris will do anything in the world to make sure I am happy. Brooke is so caring, always putting everyone else and there happiness before herself, strong willed. Brooke is funny, kind and makes me want to give her the world.
Considering your future together, what are you looking forward to the most?
